ASCL Toolkit
I created the ASCL Toolkit in collaboration with Duncan Baldwin and David Blow in early 2018. The project aims to provide schools with subject level value added scores; this becomes viable when a large number of schools are involved. These kind of figures have never been produced before, so you will be involved in ground-breaking activity. Once your data file has been uploaded you will be given the option to allow our analysis team to access your results completely anonymously. This will then give our team the opportunity to construct large sample size subject level figures.

VOCATED
I setup VOCATED in 2017, co-developed alongside Farren Buckley this is solely designed to provide schools with a free space to advertise their teaching vacancies. All I can say is it's ridiculous that schools are spending £100 million every year on advertising teaching posts. So the aim of this project is to make it completely free to advertise all posts all year round.

THE SMID REPORT
I created SMID in 2014, with the recent release of Progeess 8 and with OFSTED having a new focus on teachers using data, I thought it was time for a new data tool that really had the teacher in mind. SMID has been developed and changed dramticaly over the last four years to become a leader in data innovation. At SMID the development team focus on finding creative ways to present data in ever more user friendly and informative ways.
